Want to make a return? No problem!
Within 14 days of receiving your order, you can exercise your right to withdraw from the contract and return the products you ordered without providing any reason.

How to do it?
Terms of withdrawal from the contract:

Step 2
Send the form
Send the completed and signed form to us:

or
by traditional mail, attaching the printed and completed form to the package with the products.

Step 3
Send the products
Return the ordered products to the following address:

When will you receive a refund?
You will receive the refund within 14 days of us receiving the returned products, after successfully verifying your shipment.

How will you receive the refund?
We will refund you in the same way you used to pay for the order or in the manner specified in the withdrawal form.
If you paid for the order by cash on delivery, we will refund the amount to the account number provided in the return form.

Remember!
• The refund will cover the cost of the returned products and the delivery costs, up to the amount corresponding to the cheapest delivery option.
• You send the returned products to us at your own expense – we do not accept cash on delivery shipments.
• Only unopened products can be returned.
• If you are returning a product consisting of several jars/boxes, you must return all of the jars/boxes.

The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to products:
• That are perishable or have a short shelf life.
• Delivered in sealed packaging, if opened and cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

In case of opening a product and discovering a defect, you have the right to file a complaint. Complaints can be submitted by email at info@ddoctor.eu or by phone at +48 797 821 286.
